Dashboard Filter Elements Item

The Dashboard Designer allows you to add filter elements to provide filtering other dashboard items.

• Combo Box
• List Box
• Tree View

Add a Filtering Item

• Select an Item from the Filter Elements menu.

Combo Box

The Combo Box dashboard item allows to select a value(s) from the drop-down list.

• You can change the combo box type in the Design menu.

The Standard type allows end-users to select only a single value.

The Checked type allows end-users to select multiple values in the invoked drop-down list.

List Box

The List Box dashboard item allows end-users to select a value(s) from the list.

• You can change the list box type in the Design menu.

The Radio type allows end-users to select only a single value in the radio group.

• If you select the Radio Button option you can also define if to show a “All Values” option.

Tree View

The Tree View item displays values in a hierarchical way and allows to expand / collapse nodes.

• Change the Initial expanded state of filter values using the Auto Expand button in the Design menu.
