Add Derived Table

To add a derived table, you need to right click in the Diagram Pane and select Add Derived Table.

This will add another tab to the Query Builder with the derived table name, click on it and you will be able to drag and drop tables from the Database Objects explorer into the Diagram.

To change the derived table name, right click it in the main Query tab, then select Properties and change the Alias field.
