Dashboard – Data Grid and Pivot Grid: Conditional Formatting

Create a new Conditional Formatting Rule

Click the Options button and select Add Format Rule and choose the condition.

Depending on the selected conditional formatting rule, the dialog used to create a format rule for the Dashboard Grid and Pivot contains different settings.

Edit a Conditional Formatting Rule

Click the Options button and select Edit Rules and choose the condition.

Clear  a Conditional Formatting Rule

Click the Options button and select Clear Rules and choose the condition.
