To log Report Object Activity, you need to enable logging in the Report Web Service by going to Report Web Service->Options->Configuration and Appearance, then under General enable the Log Reports Access option.
Once this option is enabled, whenever a user access a Report Object through the Report Web Service it will be registered in the log.
To view the log content, you can use the DBxtra Logs project available for download here; this project uses the default location of the repository, but if you put your repository somewhere else, you can change that by right clicking the Logs Database connection and in Database Name selecting the DBxtraObjectLogs.sdf file in the folder where your repository is (Utilities->DBxtra Repository->DBxtra Repository Path).
