Data Grid – Calculated Fields

Add a calculated field

• To add a calculated field into the Data Grid, right click and select Add Calculated Field.
• Or select >Options>Calculated Fields

• Or select Calculated Field. from the menu bar.

• Assign the Field Caption.
• Click the Expression field.

• Define the expression.

• Select the Data Type.

The new column will be inserted and you can format it as usual.

Edit a calculated field

• To edit a calculated field select the column, right click and select Edit Calculated Field.

Delete a calculated field

• To delete a calculated field select the column, right click and select Remove Calculated Field.
