Configure a Schedule Project
It is recommended that you configure the default settings for each Schedule Project.
Default settings will be taken for each new Schedule Server Jobs automatically.
You can still change configuration for each individual Schedule Job manually.
- Click Configuration on the menu..
Merge Catalogue
The merge catalogue tells the DBxtra Schedule Server on which key field to merge (Key) and also gives you access to the most important merge fields like contact; company and E-mail.
- Select a DBxtra DBxtra Report Objects as Merge Catalogue and assign all required fields.
Note! You can define a Merge Catalogue for each Schedule Job individually.
E-mail Configuration
You can decide if to send E-mails through an SMTP Server, GMail, Yahoo, Hotmail (Outlook.com) or with MS Outlook.
SMTP Configuration
- If you decide to send E-mails through SMTP then enter all required SMTP settings.
Note! This settings will depend on your Server specifications.
MS Outlook
Nothing to configure; outgoing mails will be sent to your MS Outlook mail client as Draft messages from where you can send it out.

FTP Server Settings
- If you want to upload DBxtra Report Objects to your FTP Server then define all required FTP settings.
- Click Save when finished.
