Report Web Service Functionality – Pivot Grid

Menu

• Home : takes you to the Web Reports home.
• Refresh: refreshes the data of the Data Grid.
• Save to Bookmark: saves the Data Grid – with all applied filters, groupings and sort orders to your Web browsers bookmark.
• Logout: log you out of the session.

Summaries

• Select a Summary, select Summary Type like SUM , Min , etc.,

Click Set Sum .

• To remove a summary function select it and click the Remove button.

• Click the Select New Parameter link.
• If a Parameter has been assigned to the Object you’ll be asked to enter it.

Views

• Select one of the saved Pivot Grid Views.
• You can create your own Pivot Grid Views by selecting fields from the Field List and dragging it to a Pivot Grid area.

Sort Orders

Select the Sort Field and select a By field.
