How Can We Help?

Printing totals at bottom of the page and filing the empty space

You are here:
< All Topics

If you need your report to have its totals printed at the bottom of the page, you can do so by selecting the Report Footer Band or the Group Footer Band and in the Property Grid going to Behavior and enable the Print at Bottom option.

This will leave a gap between the last detail and the totals at the bottom of the page, if you want to fill this gap, you can do so by printing copies of the detail band without data, for that, select the Detail Band and in the Property Grid go to Behavior and enable the Fill Empty Space option, just be aware that this will print the text of the labels, so you may need to set the Text property of the labels to empty.
