- Open the Windows Service. Control Panel > Administrative tools,
- Select the DBxtra Schedule Server Service which was installed by DBxtra.
- Right click and select Properties and the Log on tab.
Select This account and assign the user who starts the Windows session or any other user who has privileges to the shared resource and/or access to the database to which DBxtra is connected to and also has access to the DBxtra Report Repository.
