Filter on included Fields

• To filter data in a Pivot Grid select the field and click the drop down box.
• You can select either individual fields or all fields .

Filter on not included Fields

• To filter on a field which is not included in the row or column area drag and drop the field into the Filter area.

• You can select either individual fields or all fields.
