Add Schedule Server – Export Report Objects

Schedule Job – Export DBxtra Object

DBxtra allows to export Queries and Reports automatically to a file location.

Open the Schedule and click the Add Job button.

• Add a Job description.
• Assign a Job description.
• Select a DBxtra object.

DBxtra Queries can be sent as: Text; CSV, or XML file format.

Note! If a Report has an user-input Parameters , then when choosing it to be scheduled you’ll need to assign the Parameter.
The Report will be scheduled with the assigned Parameter.

DBxtra Reports can be sent as: PDF, HTML, Text; CSV, MHT, Excel, RTF, image or XML file format.

• Assign a export path.
• Optionally add a date to the file name.
• Optionally choose if to zip the file.
• Click Ok.

• Click Save.
