Send merged Reports by E-mail to DBxtra users with the Schedule Server

Criteria – FiltersLet’s suppose you need to automatically send a sales report to your DBxtra users where each user gets sales figures only for his customers.

Here is a view of our reports underlying query.

• We added a User Variable by double clicking the Criteria field.

• Click on Users Variable and define it.

• Once the user variable is defined click Save.
• Now; let’s open the DBxtra Schedule Server.
• Create a new Schedule Server Job.

• Create a new Alert DBxtra Users Job.

• Click Next

• Now; lets add the Report we designed before.
• Click Attach and select the Report.

• Click Ok.

From now on each selected user will automatically receive his report with sales figures of his customers.
