< All Topics
After enabling Active Directory you’ll need to set the permission of the imported user groups on DBxtra, this works as if they were DBxtra user groups.
After DBxtra restarts, you need to decide which users will be able to log in into DBxtra and under which role they will log in, for this do as follows:
1.- Log in with the user you used to configure Active Directory.
Note: If you’re using this same account, you would not be asked to log in, you’ll be taken directly to DBxtra.
2.- Go to Utilities->Security->Users.
3.- Select the desired user.
4.- Under User Type, select whether he will be Designer, Viewer or if he won’t be able to log in (Empty).
5.- Click Save and that user will be able to log in into DBxtra.
