Bound Sub-Report

Although Sub Reports can easily be achieved with Report grouping, DBxtra also allows to design bound Sub-Reports.

A bound Sub-Report needs a relationship with its master Report.

Therefore you need to add an additional data source with a relationship to the main Report first.

Insert a bound Sub Report

• Right click the Detail band.
• Select Insert Detail Report and select the added data source.

The bound sub report will be inserted below the Detail Band .

The bound Sub Report data source is now available in the field list.

• Drag and drop fields to the Sub-Report band.
