Fields and Labels

A data Field shows this little icon  above it.

Insert all Data Fields

• The easiest way to insert all fields is to select Data and drag and drop it to the Detail Band.

This will insert a table containing all Fields. It will also insert a label for each Report field.

• To move Labels to another area like the Report header select them and drag to the new position.

Insert data fields individually

• You can insert fields individually by dragging and dropping.

Note: When you insert a data Field, DBxtra will automatically insert its appropriate label.

Tip: You can re-position the label to any place or band by dragging and dropping.

Insert data Fields into a Panel

• Drag and drop a Panel into a Report area.

• Re-size and re-position the panel.
• You can either insert all fields by dragging the Data field or individually by selecting each field into the Panel.
